When filling out the 11-page application, you must indicate where the
Mystery Stone is located. You can find it near the bottom of page 11,
and you may indicate it with a nice little arrow, as I've done below. Or
you may use heart-shaped stickers, glitter, and macaroni and glue.

Mystery Rock / Decalogue Stone
You must purchase a Recreational Access Permit from the
New Mexico State Land Office to be allowed access to the
land where the Mystery Stone is located.
UPDATE: The application is now only 7 pages, and you do
NOT need to indicate exactly where the Mystery Stone is
located. So ignore the instructions below.
