C-Scape dune shack
statement (excerpt): by
interpreting local literature through
new media, I hope to introduce both
classic and contemporary writers to
new audiences, convey their
attachment to the natural beauty of
the National Seashore, and
promote recognition of the cultural
significance of our public lands

requirement: artists must
participate in the National
Seashore's Interpretive Program,
once per week, in which a group of
up to 10 visitors will visit the shack

primary challenge: the shack is
not wired for electricity

fulfillment: five projected video
presentations in and around the
dune shack (see project
documentation video below)
